Shampoo Prep
Prior to shampooing I sectioned my hair into 4 sections and applied a mixture of Vatika Oil and water to gently detangle with a wide tooth comb.
Why Vatika Oil you ask? Check out the product description:

Need I say more? Wait, I will say more - regarding the smell.
It is an odd scent that I can't describe. It does not necessarily stink but it does make you wrinkle your nose up a bit.

I then generously applied my Cholestrol treatment that I use all the time to and sectioned with my large hair clips, which I love! They are really roller clamps so you can fit so much hair in them! Anyway, I then placed a plastic cap over my head.
There are a couple of reasons I do this prep work.
1.) loosen up the dirt in my hair
2.) to ensure managability during and after the shampoo process. I left the plastic cap on my head for 3 hours.

The next morning:
I rinsed my hair in the shower. My hair felt so fluffy and cottony (is that a word?).
Here is my hair with no product.
As usual, I sectioned in four sections and began my styling process. I am trying a new product I purchased by Giovanni. The Natural Mousse Air Turbo Charged Hair Styling Foam - long a%* title huh? I have never used it before so I am anxious to see the results.
Here are some pics of my prep...results to follow!
