As I was reading Lolazabeth’s blog, as I do every day, I felt a feeling of nostalgia come over me when I came across this article about grits. It made me think of one of my fave movies, My Cousin Vinny and the scene (pictured above) where he and his girlfriend are schooled on grits. Ok my blog sister’s article is not just about discovering the world of grits but that’s what came to mind when I came across it. Here is the scene if you’ve never seen the movie.
